In such a situation, it is a big challenge for cooperative banks to maintain their existence by working hard with modern banking, creative and professional thinking while facing tough challenges from other nationalized and private sectors. Along with this, we also have to maintain the traditional identity of social responsibility for the upliftment of agriculture and rural development.
Most of the rural communities are connected to our network through cooperative societies. We are proud that we work for the upliftment of a society which is socially and economically backward.
The scope of work of our bank is limited and it is full of economically backward people. It is our resolve to move forward continuously in this era of competition by adopting modern banking technology to maintain our existence under political pressure, limited resources and lack of skilled human resources. We conceptualize our bank to be a big bank for small people.
